Navy Holdings Disclaims Fraudulent Estate Agents, Warns Public

The Navy Holdings Limited (NHL) has disclaimed a viral video circulating on social media featuring suspected fraudsters posing as estate agents for property sales at Lake View Estate, Navy Town Asokoro.

In a statement issued by Commander Abdulsalam Sani, Public Relations Officer for the Group Managing Director/CEO, NHL categorically stated that it has not engaged any third party or agent to facilitate the sale of its land or property.

“The Navy Holdings Limited, being the sole owner of Navy lands, deals directly with its subscribers,” the statement noted. “We therefore call on potential subscribers not to transact with any individuals or groups fronting as agents.”

The agency assured the public that efforts are ongoing to identify and prosecute those behind the attempted scam.

NHL urged prospective buyers to visit its official office located on Aso Clinic Road, Asokoro—adjacent to the Army War College Nigeria—for genuine inquiries and property transactions.

The statement also appealed to the media and the general public to help disseminate this warning and protect unsuspecting Nigerians from falling victim to fraudulent schemes.
