NAF Releases DSSC 34/2025 Successful Candidates, Training Begins April 18
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has announced the list of successful candidates for the Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) Course 34/2025, marking the conclusion of its latest recruitment process.
In a statement issued on April 4, 2026, the NAF confirmed that the selection followed the Selection Board Interview conducted at the NAF Base in Kaduna between January 12 and February 8, 2026. The names of successful candidates have been made available on the official NAF recruitment portal for further verification and guidance.

According to the statement, all shortlisted candidates are scheduled to commence a six-month Basic Cadet Training programme at the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Afaka, Kaduna, starting on Saturday, April 18, 2026.
The Air Force directed candidates to report with their original credentials for documentation and admission into the training programme. It emphasized that failure to report on or before 6:00 pm on Monday, April 20, 2026, would result in automatic forfeiture of the offer.
The NAF further clarified that successful candidates would only be recognized as personnel of the Service upon the successful completion of the training programme and subsequent commissioning as officers.
The statement was signed by Ehimen Ejodame, Air Commodore and Director of Public Relations and Information at the Headquarters of the Nigerian Air Force.
