FCT NIPR Rolls Out Projects for Members Capacity Development

The Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, NIPR, has reiterated its commitment to building the professional capacity of her members.

Chairman of the FCT NIPR, Stanley Ogadigo, stated this while receiving the management of Drawbridge Communications Limited, who paid them a partnership-seeking visit.

He said by the time their members are empowered with the requisite knowledge and skills of public relations practice, they will be able to tackle every kind of challenge and function properly as PR officers and professionals.

Mr. Ogadigo noted that their NIPR chapter has developed beneficial projects and programmes targeted at membership capacity building and adding value to society.

He said: “The FCT NIPR Chapter is very strategic in the way we carry out our activities. That is why we have remained the flagship chapter of the Institute. Again, we are very focused on value addition in all of her activities and programmes”.

The Lead Consultant/CEO of Drawbridge, Hassan Abdul, while speaking earlier, noted that their visit was to seek the collaboration of the Institute in finding ways to expand the PR consulting ecosystem in the FCT.
