Dangote to Share Business Insights at 2026 World PR Forum
Africa’s leading industrialist, Aliko Dangote, has confirmed his participation at the 2026 World Public Relations Forum (WPRF), where he is expected to share insights on the global business environment and Africa’s economic development.
The President and Chief Executive Officer of Dangote Group gave the assurance on Saturday in Lagos when he received a delegation of the global public relations community led by the President of the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communication Management, Prof. Justin Green.
The forum, scheduled to hold in Abuja from November 15 to 22, 2026, will be hosted by Nigeria under the theme, “Responsible Communication: The Voice of the World.”

Green, who is in Nigeria on an official visit to assess preparations for the event, said Dangote’s participation would provide an opportunity for the business leader to share his experience with global delegates and other international speakers.
He commended Dangote for his investments across Africa, noting that his contributions to various sectors of the continent’s economy informed the decision to invite him as a speaker at the forum.

Green also urged prominent Nigerians and corporate organisations to support the event, describing the WPRF as a national rebranding project that would help reshape Nigeria’s image before the international community.
Earlier, the President of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Dr. Ike Neliaku, said the forum would offer Nigeria an opportunity to tell its story and influence global conversations on issues of shared importance.
Neliaku said Nigeria was committed to hosting the biggest, brightest and boldest World Public Relations Forum in the history of the Global Alliance, adding that preparations had recorded significant progress.
He, however, called for sustained support from Nigerians, corporate organisations and governments at all levels to ensure the success of the international event.
The NIPR president described the forum as a major reputation-building opportunity for Nigeria, saying it would demonstrate the country’s capacity to host global events and contribute meaningfully to international discussions on responsible communication.
