Kaduna 2019:EX-NEMA Boss, Sani-Sidi Tours Kaduna LGCs
Ahead of party primaries of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the former boss of the National Emergency Managenent Agency (NEMA) Mohammed Sani-Sidi, a leading gubernatorial aspirant in Kaduna State has begun the tour of wards and local government councils in the state.

Recall that Sani-Sidi submitted his letter of intent to the party last Tuesday which witnessed an unprecedented crowd at the party’s headquarters in Kaduna.

The tour is aimed at meeting party leadership and other key stakeholders in the 255 wards and 23 local government areas of the state.

The Sani-Sidi team commenced the tour on Thursday with Kudan, Makarfi, Sabon Gari and Zaria local government areas. The tour continued on Friday in Ikara, Kubau and Soba local government areas.

The events were well attended by the party leadership, stalwarts, women and youth groups and other teeming supporters.

In his remarks, Mohammed Sani Sidi, charged party delegates to remain committed to the ideals of the party anchored on sustainable developments at all levels.

According to him “as members of our great party, we must resolve to ensure that we uphold the ideals of the party.

“My vision is to rescue the state from the current state of insecurity, kidnapping and other myriads of problems facing our dear state and unite our people towards sustainable development.”

The tour is expected to continue to cover the entire local government areas of Kaduna State.
