Gombe Gov Attends Janazah of Late Emir of Yamaltu
Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has expressed sadness over the demise of former Emir of Yamaltu and Sarkin Kudun Gombe, Alhaji Ibrahim Mohammad Bello who died yesterday in Abuja after a protracted illness.
The Governor, who attended the funeral prayer ( Janazah) of the late former traditional ruler, held at the Bubayero Juma’at Mosque, Emir’s Palace, Gombe, said the state has indeed lost a pillar.

He described the late Alhaji Ibrahim Muhammad Bello as a gentleman, Islamic cleric and scholar of repute who lived an examplary life and left behind a legacy of honour and dignity.
Governor Inuwa, on behalf of the government and people of Gombe State, conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family as well as the people of Yamaltu Emirate over the great loss.
He prayed Almighty Allah to forgive his shortcomings and reward his good deeds with Aljannat Firdaus.
Emirs of Gombe, Alhaji Abubakar Shehu Abubakar lll and Nafada, Alhaji Muhammad Dadum Hamza, Deputy Speaker, of Gombe State House of Assembly, Hon Siddi Buba, Commissioners and other government functionaries also attended the funeral prayer.
