Defence, Air Force Spokespersons Meet for Enhance Synergy

The Acting Director Defence Information ( DDI) Brigadier General Tukur Ismail Gusau Ph.D mni today, Thursday 26 January, 2023 paid a courtesy call on the Director of Public Relations and Information ( DOPRI) Nigerian Airforce, Air Commodore WAP Maigida. During the visit , the Acting DDI thank the DOPRI for the harmony in the information management of the Armed Forces of Nigeria. He promised to build on the jointness in order to project the good image of the Armed Forces of Nigeria ( AFN). According to Brigadier General Gusau, joint partnership and synergy is very key in the information management of the current security challenges facing the nation.General Gusau further assured the DOPRI of his assistance in area of timely information sharing.
In his remarks, the DOPRI Nigerian Airforce welcomed the Acting DDI and his entourage to Headquarters Nigerian Airforce and assured of his readiness to enhance the existing collaboration between Directorate of Defence Information and his office in order to positively project the image of the AFN. In his words “modern warfare cannot be achieved without jointness”. Air Commodore Maigida thanked the Acting DDI and wish him the best of luck as he assumed command of the daunting task as the Defence image maker.
