Ministry, MWFAAN Forge Partnership on Mandela Fellowship Conference
The Minister of State, Federal Ministry of Youth Development, Mr. Ayodele Olawande, has reechoed his commitment to partner the Mandela Washington Fellowship Alumni Association of Nigeria (MWFAAN) on her forthcoming Legacy Conference.
The Minister assured the association of his presence when a delegation led by its President, Farida Yahya, visited his office in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) on Thursday.

“I appreciate the association’s efforts, and their dedication to organizing a conference that aims to inspire and empower the youth. I am committed to attending the Legacy Conference while providing support for any MWFAAN’s initiative,” he said.
According to Mrs Farida, “the primary purpose of the visit was to express gratitude for the Minister’s ongoing support for the association, particularly in relation to the preparations for the upcoming conference and to also extend his formal invitation”.
Recall that MWFAAN announced that it’s 10 Year Anniversary Legacy Conference is scheduled to hold on the 25th of October 2024 at the State House.
The conference theme is based on the African Continental Free Trade Zone Agreement (AfCFTA).
