The Senate President, Senator Olusola Saraki today at plenary promised to distribute copies of the 2016 budget proposal to the Senators tomorrow preparatory for debate next Tuesday.
He was reacting to a point of order raised by Senator Eninaya Abaribe concerning the where about of the 2016 budget proposal.
Meanwhile the Spokeman of the Senate, Senator Aliyu Asabi Abdullahi confirmed today that the 2016 budget is in the custody of the Senate and not missing as was widely reported in the media.
