Indigenes of Ilorin Emirate in active public service have been charged to always remember to use their offices in such a way that would catalyse the progress of the community without denigrating the principles of objectivity and fairness expected of them.

A statement signed by the Union’s National Publicity Secretary, Abubakar Imam, quoted Alhaji Uthman as saying that “while the Union would continue to urge sons and daughters of Ilorin Emirate in active service to always live above board in the discharge of their responsibilities, we insist that there was nothing wrong if such individuals worked enormously at ensuring that the community was not denied of its fair shares of our commonwealth”.
