The youths under the aegis of Moro Youths Movement were led to the CMD’s office by Alhaji Wasiu Oriyomi.

They presented Prof. Dasilva a roll-up banner in appreciation and recognition of his invaluable contributions to the socio-political cultural advancement of Moro people.

“Prof Sir, Alhamdulillahi on your Reappointment for a second term. We came here today with our heads high as descendants of Moro, whom you have made proud with your outstanding performance in this hospital. You’ve turned around many dilapidated structures and set the hospital on a pedestal of excellence, we can only urge you to use this second term as another opportunity to do more, not only for UITH, but for humanity.”

Responding, the CMD appreciated his visitors, noting that he is happy that the little reforms he has been able to champion at UITH is gaining recognition.

“I am assuring you all that I will do my best to improve on all we have achieved during the second phase of my service in this capacity. I’m happy you guys, my own people are noticing the little I am doing and Insha Allah I will not let you down,” he said.
