Breaking: Nigerian Troops Mercilessly ‘Engaging’ Terrorists in Damasak
The Army has disclosed that Nigerian troops on counter-insurgency operation in the North East are (Tuesday night September 12, 2018) engaged in gun battle with armed members of the Boko Haram terrorist group at Damasak village in Borno State.

Director, Army Public Relations, Brigadier General Texas Chukwu, who made this known on a short message said:
“Happening now. Troops of 145 Battalion in Damasak, Borno State are engaging Boko Haram terrorists who came to attack their location at about 6pm this evening.
“Fierce battle ongoing right now. The troops are dealing with the terrorists.
“Further details later,” it concluded
