NAF Rotates Personnel Across Theaters to Enhance Welfare, Combat Readiness
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has commenced the rotation of personnel who have completed their operational tours in Operation FANSAN YAMMA and other theatres of deployment across the country, in a move aimed at strengthening welfare support and sustaining combat readiness.
The exercise, described as a routine but strategic operational practice, is designed to ensure that personnel engaged in sustained combat operations are periodically withdrawn, rested, and redeployed to maintain peak efficiency and mental resilience.
According to the Service, the rotation policy reflects the commitment of the Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), Air Marshal Sunday Kelvin Aneke, to personnel welfare, operational effectiveness, and the maintenance of a highly motivated fighting force.
