NCoS Reopens Delta Custodial Centres for Admission of Inmates
Given the suspension of the restriction on the admission of inmates into the custodial centres, the State Government, through the office of the Attorney general of the State has issued the management of the NCS, Delta State Command with over 150 mattresses and mats, as well as other necessities to commence the admission of inmates into three custodial centres in the State.

The Controller of Corrections Ovie Friday Esezobor, who received the items on behalf of the Controller General of Corrections Ja’afaru Ahmed appreciated the Delta State government for its magnanimity, even as he distributed the items to the custodial centres approved for Isolation Units in the State Command.
The Stations include
Ogwuashi-Uku, Sapele and Agbor Custodial Centres respectively.
He, however, directed that the admission of inmates into the isolations units in these custodial centres starts tomorrow 25th August, 2020 without further delay.
