    NEMA Deploys Mobile Water Treatment Plants To Communities Devasted by Flood

    Following the devastating impacts of flood on many communities across the country, Director General National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) Mustapha Habib Ahmed approved deployment of mobile water treatment plants to provide emergency clean water for families at some of the worst affected communities.

    NEMA Staff trained on the use of the mobile water plants and deployed for the special assignment have arrived various locations and commenced the water treatment and dispensing at the communities. In Jigawa State, the NEMA water plant is servicing the affected population at Hadejia General area by morning from one community to another.

    Similarly, NEMA mobile water plants were also deployed to support families are providing clean water to flood ravaged communities in Benue and Kogi states.
