Wannan na kunshe ta cikin wata takardar sanarwa da aka raba ga manema labarai mai dauke da sa hannun kakakin hukumar ta EFCC Wilson Uwajaren, mai kwanan watan 1 ga watan Yunin 2022.
Babbar kotun tarayya dake zaman ta a Birnin tarayyar kasar Abuja, a yayin zaman shari’ar daya gudana ranar laraba 1 ga watan Yuni 2022, ta bada Umarnin karbe dukkan wata kadara dake da alaka da jami’ar NOK, wadda ke jihar Kaduna.

Lauyan hukumar ta EFCC Ekele Iheanacho ya shaidawa kotun cewa hukumar na neman wannan umarni ne dogaro da sashi na 44 (2) na kudin tsarin mulkin nijeriya na shekara 1999 (wanda aka yiwa gyaran fuska) da kuma sashe na 17 na kudin yaki da Zamba, laifukan da suka dangaci doka mail amba ta 14, 2006 da kuma karkashin ikon kotun mai girma.
