Gwamnatin jihar Borno da ke arewacin Najeriya ta ayyana dokar hana fita ra awa 24 a faɗin jihar.
A cikin wata sanarwa, wadda ta samu sa hannun mai magana da yawun rundunar ƴansandan Najeriya a jihar, ASP Nahum Kenneth, ta ce an ɗauki matakin hakan ne domin tabbatar da tsaro bisa ga la’akari da halin da ake ciki.
Sanarwar ta ce: “A ƙoƙarin tabbatar da doka da oda, gwamnan jihar Borno, Babagana Umara Zulum, bayan ganawa da shugabannin hukumomin tsaro a jihar, ya ga wajibcin ayyana dokar hana fita ta awa 24 wadda za ta fara aiki nan take.”
Sanarwar ta ƙara da cewa “an ga buƙatar hakan ne ta hanyar la’akari da fashewar da aka samu wadda ta yi sanadiyyar mutuwar mutum 16 da raunata wasu da dama a jihar.”
Wannan dai na zuwa ne a rana ta farko bayan fara zanga-zangar da matasa suka shirya domin nuna fushi kan matsin rayuwa a ƙasar.
Matasa sun fito a biranen faɗin ƙasar a safiyar Alhamis, inda suke ɗauke da alluna waɗanda ke ɗauke da ƙorafe-ƙorafensu masu nasaba da matsin rayuwa da rashin tsaro.
Sai dai an samu rahotanni na tashin hatsaniya a wasu jihohin ƙasar, inda rahotanni suka bayyana cewa an harbi kimanin mutum uku a jihar Kano, yayin da aka jefa wa masu zanga-zanga barkono mai sa hawaye a yankuna da dama, har da Abuja, babban birnin ƙasar.
A jihar Borno ma lamarin ya so ya dagule a lokacin da aka samu hargitsi a unguwar Bulunkutu, inda jami’an ƴansanda suka jefa barkono mai sa hawaye kan masu zanga-zanga.
