A cikin dukkan halittu, Dan Adam ya fita da ban, kasancewar yadda Allah S.W.T yayi masa cikakkiyar kira, ya tsara shi yayi masa kyakkyawar halitta, yayi masa hankali wanda shine mafi kyawun dukiyar sa, ya kuma sanya dukkan halittu su kasance masu biyayya gare shi, wadannan sun hadar da Dabbobi, Ruwan sama, teku, Duwatsu, tsirrai da sauransu (Q2:29). Hatta halittun dake sama da suka hadar da rana wata, da taurari duk an yi su ne domin su hidimtawa Dan Adam a doron kasa (Q16:12).
Haka kuma, an ba mutum iko akan dabbobin, an halatta masa ya ci su, ya yi amfani da fatun su da kasusuwansu, ya kkuma yi amfani da su domin farauta, amma da cikin dabbobin akwai ‘yan kadan dan Allah ya haramta wa mutum ya ci, kamar yadda Allah madaukakin sarki ya lisafta su cikin littafi mai girma na Al’qur’ani. (Q5:3).
Ta cikin wannna siyakin Aya Allah madaukin sarki ya lisafta sun hadar da:
- Jinin Dabbobin
- Naman Alade,
- Naman da aka ambaci sunan wani ba Allah ba a yayin yankan sa.
- Dabbar da aka shake ta har ta mutu
- Dabbar da aka doke ta har ta mutu
- Da wadda ta mutu ta hanyar jefowa daga wani waje zuwa kasa.
- Da wadda ta mutu sakamakon karo da ‘kaho
- Da kuma wadda Namun daji suka ci, (said ai in an yanka kafin ta mutu)
- Da kuma wadda aka kashe domin sadaukarwa ga gumaka.
Baya ga yin abinci, ko ci mutum kan yi amfani da dabbobi domin abubuwa da dama, ga misali ana iya amfani da dabbar a matsayin hanayar sufuri, ko yin amfani da fatun su domin yin tanti, ana amfani da kashin Saniya domin yin taki, shi kuwa kare akan yi amfani da shi domin tsaro ko farauta.
Duk da haka, ba an baiwa dan Adam damar yin amfani da dabbobi don yin hadaya ba ne domin a bashi wani lasisin yin zalunci ga dabbobin ba. Dabbobin ma na da hakkin su domin suma halittu ne na musamman. Allah madaukakin sarkin cikin (Q 6:38) ya suffanta su da cewa Al’umma ce irin ‘yan Adam, ta fuskar halittarsu da guzurin su.
Ba haka kawai Allah ya yayi Magana akan wasu dabbobi a cikin Al’kur’ani mai tsarki ba, domin an sanya surori da dama sunayen Dabbobi irin Saniya, Tururuwa, giwa, da Gizo-Gizo, haka ma da wani tsuntsu, ga wanda ya karanat zai ga inda sunan kare ya fito a cikin littafin mai tsarki.
Haka kuma masana ilimi daga cikin larabawa na kiran dan Adam da Dabba mai Magama (Hayawan Natiq), haka kuma Aristotle ya bayyana mutum a matsayin dabbar zamantakewa. Yayin da mutum yake amfani da dabbobi, ya kamata ya yarda da darajarsu kuma ya kula da su da kyau. Daga cikin abinda mutum yafi dabba kawai shi ne kaifin basira abinda dabbobi suka rasa.
Wato ainahin hadayar dabbobi wani aiki ne dake cikin ayyuka na addinin, wanda ake gudanar da ita 10 ga watan babbar sallah (Zulhijja) don tunawa da mika wuyan Annabi Ibrahim ga Umarnin Ubangijin s ana sadaukar da Dan Sa Annabi Isma’il.
A hakikanin gaskiya Allah bai su Annabi Ibrahim ya kashe Dan sa ba, babbar manufar it ace gwada girman biyayyar Annabi Ibrahim, domin kashe mutane da nufin sadaukarwa ko kashe dabbobi ba tare da dalili ba ya sabawa addinin musulunci.
Wani bangare nag yare-gyare da Annabi Muhammadu (S.A.W) ya kawo a kasar larabawa shi ne na kawar da kashe-kashen jarirai da ake yi ta hanyar binne yara mata da ransu (16:53-49 da kuma 27:31), ya kuma haramta yanka kunnen dabbobi domin ayyukan ibada.

Haka kuma baza ayi sujjada ga dabbobin ba kamar yadda ake a kasar Indiya ba. Sabanin haka, dabbar da aka yi hadaya a musulunci ana cin naman ta ne, a ka’ida ana raba nama dabbar ne kashi 3. Kashi na farko na mutumin da yayi hadayar ne, kashi na 2 dana 3 kuma akan yi amfani dashi wajen kyauta da kuma sadaka (Q22:36). Hakan na nuna mahimmancin biki, tare da sanya farinci ga marasa galihu (Marayu) da kuma kara dankon kauna a cikin Al’umma.
A musulunci, idan za’a yanka dabba ana bukatar abi tsari na mutuntaka ta hanayar kare hakkin su, wannan kuma na kushe cikin hadisin Annabin Rahma S.A.W.
Lallai ne Allah ya sanya kyautatawa ga dukkan komai, idan dole ne kuyi kisa ku kashe ta hanya mai kyau, idan zakuyi yanka, to ku yanka ta hanya mafi kyau, lallai ne dayan ku ya wasa abin wukar sa don kada ya wahalar da abin yankan sa. Muslim (40 hadith No.17).
Hadisin dake sama ya tsara mafi kyawun yadda ake kashe dabba ta yadda ba za ta wahala ba, lokacin da wuka tayi kaifi sosai, za ta yanke jijiyar jini hakan kuma zai taimaka mata wajen cikawa da wuri, ba tare da shan wahala sosai ba.
Wannan ita ce hanya mafi mutuntawa ta yankan dabbobi, duk wata hanyar yankan dabobi ba wannan ba, zata kaisu ga shan wahala sosai wanda ya kai ga zaluntar dabbobin.
Addinin musulunci ya haramta zaluntar dabbobi, domin cin zarafin wanda zai iya jawo wa masu aikata laifin samun fushin Allah. Ta cikin wani hadisin Annabin, ya bayyana yadda wata mata ta daure Kyanwa (Mage), bata ciyar da ita ciyar da ita kuma bata bari ta nemi abinci ba, har sai da kyanwar ta mutu (Sahih Al-Bukhari NO. 2365). Saboda wannan mugun aikin ma’aikin Allah ya ce an saka matar da a cikin wuta. A wani hadisin ma ance wata mata ta shayar da da kare ruwa sakamakon yana jin kishirwa Allah, sakamakon wannan aiki da ake kallo mai sauki ya isa ya kai mutun gidan Aljanna.
Wannan ya nuna cewa Musulunci shine kang aba wajen amincewa da hakkin dabbobi shekaru aru-aru kafin kafin turawan yammaci su fara ikirarin kare hakkin dabbobin. Haka na nufin kowanne nau’I na zalunci ga dabbo a matsayin ayyukan zunubi wadanda ke jawo azabar Allah da hukunci mai tsanani.
Abin takaici, mutane da dama na tauyi hakkin da Allah ya bawa dabbobi, da dama na zaluntar dabbobin a zamanin nan. Wasu kuma su sanay dabba a cikin tukunya da ranta domin wata manufar, wanna galibi na faruwa ne gabanin bikin Idi, wanda hakan kan sanya dabbobin rasa kaho, hakuri idanu wasu ma kan mutu sanadiyya wannan aiki, kuma wanna munanan ayyukan zalunci da ake ga dabbobin zasu iya kai masu aikata su zuwa gidan wuta.
A karshe, mu sani dabbobi na da rai kamar Dan Adam, amma saboda lalura Allah ya sahale mana cin naman su domin mu rayu cikin salama a doron kasa, a yayin da muke mure wannan Ni’ima da Allah yayi mana yana da kyau mu kare hakkkokin dabbobin, ta hanyar basu kulawar abinci da magani.
