Zambar N2.2bn: EFCC ta Sake Gurfanar da ɗan Tsohon Shugaban PDP
Hukumar da ke Yaƙi da yi wa Tattalin Arzikin Najeriya Zagon ƙasa EFCC ta sake gurfanar da Mamman Ali, ɗa ga tsohon shugaban jam’iyyar PDP na ƙasar Ahmadu Ali, bisa zargin zambar naira biliyan 2.2 na tallafin man fetur.
Kamfanin dillancin labaran ƙasar NAN, ya ruwaito cewa an sake gurfanar da Mamman Ali tare da wani mutum mai suna Christian Taylor da kamfanin mai na Nasaman Oil Services Ltd. a gaban wata kotu a birnin Legas.
An gurfanar da su ne bisa zarge-zagen laifuka 49 ciki har da haɗa baki, da yaudara da zamba cikin aminci, da yin ƙarya domin karɓar kuɗi da amfani da takardun bogi.
To sai dai mutanen sun musanta duka zarge-zargen da ake yi musu.
Lauyan hukumar EFCC Samuel Atteh, ya nemi kotun da ta sanya ranar sauraron ƙarar ta yadda zai gabatar da shaidunsa da za su tabbatar da zargin da hukumar ke yi wa mutanen.
